Privacy:
Your personal privacy is important to me. As such, we do not sell, give away or trade any information about our customers to telemarketing, direct marketing or commercial mass e-mail companies, their agents or representatives. This includes names, addresses or any other personal information. By purchasing any of our videos, you are stating that you are at least 18 years old (21 years old in some states) and you have the rights to purchase and view adult material that is sexually explicit in your state. You verify that you are entitled to possess sexually explicit materials where you live and believe such materials to be within your community standards.

Refunds and Exchanges:
We stand behind our business, and all of our videos and DVD's are guaranteed 100%. We will gladly replace any defective items received within 30 days of receipt of purchase in exchange for the same item only. Refunds are only given for merchandise that cannot be shipped. No refund will be given for lost or stolen items. Due to the content of the merchandise, all sales are final.

Shipping:
All items are sent discreetly by way of USPS Priority Mail w/ delivery confirmation and are shipped in Priority Mail boxes with a very discreet return address. Priority Mail orders are generally shipped within 2 - 3 days of being received. You can expect your items within 7 days from the date they are processed . However, note that there is no guaranteed time frame for Priority Mail and it may occasionally take a bit longer than the usual 2-3 days. If you have not received your order after 10 days, please notify me by e-mail so that I can resolve any problems in order for you to receive your items.

Orders that are paid by check: Items will not be mailed until the check has cleared the bank and payment has been received. All mail orders must include the following age verification/ release statement.

Our site uses an order form for customers to request information, products & services. We collect visitor's contact information, financial information (to include account or credit card numbers) and demographic information (to include zip code, age) only to process their orders. Again, contact information from the order form is used ONLY to send orders. The customer's contact information is also used to get in touch with the visitor when necessary to clarify an order (still related to their order). Financial information that is collected is used to check the users' qualifications and to bill the user for products and services ordered.
